Ms. Schiffer obtained her B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University (2003) and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School (2006).

Ms. Schiffer represents clients in connection with financing, acquisitions, sales, leasing and structuring of entities in connection with commercial projects and properties. Her practice also includes restructuring and modification of commercial loans as well as bankruptcy, business and real estate law. She is licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
