We provide you with the necessary forms, fully explain the process, and discuss legal fees. We can inform you about mandatory credit counseling and refer you to companies that provide this service.

Relief from creditors

Whether you file Chapter 7, Chapter 13, or Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the court will issue an automatic stay. All creditors will be required to stop attempts to collect the debt. If you do receive a phone call or letter from a creditor, you can refer them to our firm.
